Crown Vision Center - Ladue Crossing

I was kind of skeptical because the location is very far from where I stay but overall 10/10 all the staff were so sweet and kind. My doctor was very informative. He helped me resolve my issue very fast literally in a day! The store was very clean organized and smelled amazing. Everything was just overall wonderful. I now do not mind taking the drive at all. It’s worth it.

This location seems to change doctors a lot, but I have to tell this story. I went in for just a regular eye exam and to get new glasses, and the doctor told me it looked like my retina was thinning, and to come back in a few months. I did, and there was a new doctor there, Dr. Salman. He said it looked like I had a genetic eye disease, and he sent me right to a retina specialist. Well, he was right. There's not a lot they can do, but the disease's progression is very slow. I'm so glad he caught it!

Dr.Salaman Muhammad has came here and after being a patient since 2016 he has told me everything about my condition and explained to me that there may be chance. I appreciate his efforts and opinions. Please keep him . I also noticed turn over as Head Optimistic is higher than Upfront Clerks. Please keep him

Been going here for a couple years now. I recently just broke my glasses and they repaired it the same day. Fortunately I had an old pair & replaced the lenses only. Thank you Emily for helping me out that day! Definitely appreciate it and definitely recommend this place for eye exams plus glasses/contacts. Friendly staff each time I’ve visited or called! My Mother, Hubby and I had our annual eye exam and the staff at the Ladue Crossing location provided excellent service. They have a heart and care about the health of your eyes and suggested extra testing of the eye if needed. In addition, They made sure when we walked out that we were satisfied with the choice of frames we made. Ms. Dajanae Jackson made sure that my Mom and I had some pretty sophisticated eye wear. When I went to work the next day, I got so many compliments on my glasses and I feel so confident with the look. Even when I came back for the pick up my Mom’s glasses up, Ms. Dajanae was giving me other suggestions for eye wear fashion that looked great. There was another young lady who suggested a purple wire style frame and I loved them and have them on my list for next time. She was very helpful as well. Also they made sure that we were aware that getting the extended warranty for extra protection. We purchased it! Kudos to this store and crew. I will have them in all future appointments.
